Project Overview
The Long-chain Dicarboxylic Acid Industrial Chain Project of Dongrui Biomaterials (Dalian) Co., Ltd. is located in the Songmu Island Chemical Industrial Park, Puwan New Area, Dalian. As a key specialized chemical industry cluster area in Dalian, the park boasts complete infrastructure, mature environmental governance systems, and convenient sea-land intermodal transportation networks, providing a solid foundation for the project’s efficient construction and stable operation.
The project aims to build an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of long-chain dicarboxylic acid, striving to become a benchmark production base for long-chain dicarboxylic acid in Northeast China. With a total planned site area of 200000 square meters, the main construction includes:
Production Core Zone
- Fermentation and Extraction Workshop: Equipped with advanced biological fermentation and separation-extraction production lines.
- Packaging Workshop: Installed with automated packaging systems.
Warehousing and Support Zone
- Tank Farm: Including raw material storage tanks, product storage tanks, and intermediate storage tank groups.
- Raw and Auxiliary Materials Warehouse: Designed with professional functions for moisture-proof and fire-proof storage.
Auxiliary Facilities Zone
- Office Building: Integrating office, R&D, and quality inspection functions.
- Utility Engineering Systems: Including power supply, water supply, gas supply, sewage treatment, and other supporting facilities.
Power EPC Contracting Services
As the power EPC contractor for this project, our company deeply participates in the full-life-cycle construction of the project’s power system, providing one-stop power solutions covering the following core areas:
- Power Engineering DesignBased on the high-reliability power demand of the long-chain dicarboxylic acid production process, we designed a 10kV power supply and distribution system, plant-wide power line layout, workshop power distribution, and lighting systems to ensure precise matching between power supply and production processes.
- Equipment Procurement and InstallationWe strictly selected high-quality electrical equipment from domestic and international suppliers, including transformers, high-low voltage switchgear, switch cabinets, and distribution boxes, all of which passed rigorous quality and performance tests. A professional construction team was organized to complete precise equipment installation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with national and industry standards.
- Power System CommissioningSpecialized commissioning work was carried out, including system relay protection debugging, insulation testing, and withstand voltage tests. The entire power system underwent joint trial operations to ensure stability, safety, and high efficiency.
- Intelligent Management and ControlA Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system was integrated to achieve real-time monitoring, data collection, and analysis of power parameters across the plant, providing technical support for intelligent power management.
