Stable Power for Emission Control in Harsh Winter Conditions

Desulfurization and denitrification systems in heating plants require continuous and reliable power supply. These systems help reduce dust and gas emissions to meet environmental standards. Any interruption in power can affect emission control performance, especially during peak winter heating demand.

This 2025 project provided low-voltage power distribution equipment for such an application. The solution included GGD low-voltage switchgear, dual power switchgear, frequency conversion cabinets and PLC control cabinets. Key requirements focused on high dust protection, component reliability and stable operation under winter condit

Schneider circuit breakers and Siemens PLC units were specified to meet the elevated demands on electronic components. The overall system was designed with IP44 protection to withstand dusty operating environments.
